COFFEE OBSESSION
Ingredients
- 1.5 cups cold brew or chilled coffee
- 1 small banana
- 1 scoop plain or vanilla protein powder of choice (whey, pea etc.)
- 1 tsp cacao powder
- ½ tsp vanilla essence
Directions
- Add all ingredients to a high powered blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and serve.
BERRY BOMB
Ingredients
- ¼ cup raspberries
- ¼ cup blueberries
- 1 cup baby spinach
- 1 cup plain greek yogurt
- ½ cup almond or coconut milk
- 1 tsp stevia
Directions
- Add all ingredients to a high powered blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and serve.
PEANUT BUTTER POWER
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- ½ cup plain greek yogurt
- 1 cup almond or coconut milk
- 1 scoop protein powder
- 3 tbsp rolled oats
- 1 tsp stevia
- ½ tsp vanilla essence
Directions
- Add all ingredients to a high powered blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and serve.
VERY VANILLA
Ingredients
- ½ cup silken tofu (don’t worry, you won’t be able to taste it and it packs a protein punch)
- 1 cup almond or coconut milk
- ¼ tsp cinnamon
- ½ tsp vanilla essence
- 1 tsp psyllium husk
- 1 tsp stevia
Directions
- Add all ingredients to a high powered blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and serve.
