CUP OF STRAWBERRIES
Satisfy your sweet cravings with this simple low cal, high fibre snack. Pro-tip: drizzle with 1 teaspoon of almond butter (32 cal) and this snack will still be under 100 cal.

When made with water, 1/2 cup of porridge oats clocks in at less than 100 cal. Add a sprinkle of cinnamon to balance your blood sugar and 1/4 tsp stevia for some sweetness.

Instead of using high sugar fruits, get that thick, creamy shake texture by freezing a 1/2 cup of almond milk in an ice cube tray the night before to make a dope snack.
- 125mL almond milk frozen in an ice cube tray
- 125mL chilled almond milk
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 1/2 tsp stevia powder
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
