Fresh off season 7 of The Bachelor Australia, Bachie fans will remember Sogand Mohtat as ‘the girl with the abs’.
“I found over the years that I could train seven days a week and spend hours at the gym, but my body wouldn’t change much. As soon as I focus on my diet for over four weeks straight I start seeing noticeable results, even if I’m not training as hard,” says Sogand.
Here’s what the body love advocate @sogand_m__ eats on an average day – and how she beats the bloat.
BREAKFAST
“I have a glass of water as soon as I wake up, which helps keep me regular. Followed by a protein smoothie – made with half a banana, half a date, 1 tbsp chia seeds, 1 tbsp instant coffee, half tbsp cacao powder, 2 tbsp vegan choc protein, 1 tsp collagen powder, 1 tsp peanut butter and almond milk.”

LUNCH
“One of my fave MACROS meals (often the Salmon Steak Bowl; Sogand is on the Performance plan), followed by a square of dark chocolate.”
DINNER
“Again one of my fave MACROS meals. I normally drink hot water or green tea or peppermint tea to reduce bloating at night.”

SNACKS
“A protein ball in the afternoon, a handful of nuts after training. Another square of dark choc after dinner.
“When I eat less sugar and processed food, I feel fuller for longer. I don’t get the massive high from sugar and carbs, which makes me crash shortly after, which leads to wanting more sugar and carbs to get the high again.”
