Portuguese Chicken & Paprika Potatoes
This dish sees protein-packed chicken breast paired with a spice-laden Portuguese sauce, paprika-baked potatoes and healthy green beans. Not only is our Portuguese Chicken & Paprika Potatoes a nutrition feast, the smoky and spicy flavours will have you feeling like you’re dining at a restaurant in the Algarve.
Chicken Kofta Bowl
Lovers of kofta – rejoice. We’ve taken this delicious spiced chicken dish and given it a nutrition makeover, pairing it with fluffy millet, chickpeas and Mediterranean veggies like capsicum and zucchini. This kofta mince bowl is even available on our popular Weight Loss menu, sitting at only 288 calories.
Baked Sumac Spiced Basa
This dish is one of our new faves here at MACROS HQ. Spice-rubbed basa is steamed, before being paired with creamed corn and roasted brussel sprouts. The fresh saltiness of the fish works so well with the sweetness of the creamed corn, we dare you to try this and not become addicted.
Ginger & Shallot Hoki
A really light and fresh dish, our hoki is first baked, before being paired with choy sum, flat rice noodles and a delicious ginger and shallot sauce. Aromatics in this dish include star anise and Szechuan pepper, while the noodles are slicked with sesame oil and sesame seeds, creating a dish that’s packed with flavour but low in calories.
Sticky Ginger Quinoa Bowl
For those warm and sunny days where you’re not feeling like heavy meat, our Sticky Ginger Quinoa Bowl is here to step up. Moreish textured vegetable protein is tossed in a tasty sticky ginger sauce, before being served with quinoa, broccoli and a sprinkle of spring onions
Sneak Peak: Japanese Miso Salmon
When the MACROS office first tried the Japanese Miso Salmon, we were instantly in love. Soft and flakey miso-marinaded salmon is teamed with sesame oil-slicked udon noodles, ginger bok choy and crispy nori, creating a Japanese-inspired dish that’ll have you daydreaming of cherry blossoms and tea ceremonies. This new favourite will be launching on Oct 26th, followed by two other secret dishes next week, so don’t forget to check the menu and update your order before the cutoff!
