Rebel Wilson’s PT Jono Castano
Rebel Wilson’s personal trainer Jono Castano recently shared his tips on how to smash your fitness goals, and it’s not all about doing weights. He recommends posting your goal and progress on social media to hold yourself accountable, practising portion control and using tech tools like My Fitness Pal. He puts a lot of emphasis on the lifestyle of healthy living, rather than just the workout, which we all know MACROS meals can help with (portion control? Tick. Barcodes to scan into My Fitness Pal? Tick). In terms of fitness though, Jono recommends investing in home gym equipment, especially with social distancing making it harder to access group workouts and gyms, and getting in your #45Daily.
What’s #45Daily, we hear you ask? It’s an idea strongly pushed by Jono where you ensure you move for at last 45 minutes each day, whether it’s a workout, walking to work instead of driving or popping out for a stroll on your lunch break.

Adele’s PT Pete Geracimo
This is one body transformation we absolutely cannot leave off the list, although it’s one that’s been in the works for a while. After splitting with her husband last year, Adele decided she needed to make healthier choices in order to live her best life and be the best mum for her son. She famously proclaimed in an Instagram post ‘I used to cry and now I sweat’, and we’re all here for that attitude.
Her 100-pound body transformation is due to both a healthy diet and intense workout routine, with one of her faves being pilates, both reformer and mat. Adele was introduced to pilates by Robbie William’s wife Ayda Field, which is great for helping your body tone up when you lose weight. As well as pilates, Adele’s trainer Pete Geracimo swears by weight training, which helps your body to continue to burn fat even after you’ve finished working out.

Kim Kardashian’s PT Melissa Alcantara
You can’t flaw Kim K’s body, and Melissa Alcantara is the fierce force behind the workouts that keep that booty looking so perky. On her most famous client’s fitness routines, Melissa says despite Kim having a gym packed full of equipment (we can only imagine), she focuses mostly on band and bodyweight moves. Jump squats and lunges are also regulars in her circuits, as they target your legs and help to burn the most calories. Sometimes Kim will do 20 full minutes of lunges in her workouts, so don’t ever say she doesn’t work for that booty!
Melissa has loads of free workout vids you can follow on her Instagram account, so hit that like button and get squatting.

Kelly Osbourne’s PT Lacey Stone
Want to know how to drop the kilos but keep your killer curves like Kelly Osbourne? Lacey Stone says the key to this body transformation was a combination of a 20-minute boot camp and a 20-minute spin class. This combo of high-intensity workouts and cardio Lacey says can help you lose weight while building muscle, helping you to keep your curves.
In terms of what she puts into her HIIT classes, she says most of her fave moves are classics you’ve probably heard of before, as they’ve stuck around in fitness world for a reason: they work. Think squats, lunges, deadlifts, bicep curls and dips. Lacey recommends working out 3-4 times a week to get the best result, and not to feel disheartened if you don’t see results straight away. That’s due to your body not being used to intense workouts and holding onto water for the first few weeks, which will stop once your body adjusts to your new, healthy lifestyle.
