The perfect lightweight dish to help cleanse your body after the craziness of the silly season, it features soft and flaky steamed Hoki teamed with vitamin-packed edamame, sweet potato and bok choy. Nothing says summer like a fresh, yummy salad. From our plant-based menu, this bowl of health is packed with brown rice, green peas, corn and chipotle-roasted tofu. This dish tastes just as great cold as it does heated up, making it perfect to pack and take with you to the beach for a nutritious lunch while enjoying the sun.
Launching next week: Loaded Lamb Moussaka
Here’s a little sneak peek for you: the first new dish to land on our menu in 2021 is our Loaded Lamb Moussaka. Our take on this traditional Greek dish sees lamb mince cooked in a tomato and red wine base, seasoned with plenty of oregano, basil, cinnamon and garlic (of course). Zucchini, carrot and celery are cooked in the sauce too, getting you an extra dose of veg hidden in this dish. Served with butterbeans and zucchini, healthy has never tasted so good.
